Head of Finance – Dublin

About the role

Verve is seeking a Head of Finance for its largest AdTech Business Unit, Verve Marketplace, based in Dublin. Reporting to the VP Business Finance, you will lead a high‑visibility finance function, ensuring robust financial performance and governance across commercial finance, financial operations, and legal entity accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial financial operations, including revenue tracking, cost management and working‑capital visibility.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.
• Manage the financial close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in line with Group Finance standards.
• Act as the primary accounting liaison for the Business Unit, maintaining compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance standards and risk‑management procedures.
• Partner with Business Unit leadership to provide financial analysis, insights and strategic challenge.
• Lead, develop and mentor a finance team of 15+ professionals across FinOps and accounting functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership within a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong track record of managing large finance teams and driving operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence commercial decision‑making.
