Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will lead the finance function for a fast‑growing healthcare consulting firm operating across multiple entities and countries. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior position combines strategic financial leadership with hands‑on operational oversight to support business growth and financial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Financial Management System (SAP Business One) across all regions.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and growth initiatives.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and outsourced finance partners.
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly management accounts and group‑level consolidation.
• Maintain strong cash‑cycle management, treasury, FX exposure and working‑capital controls.
• Drive annual audit processes, compliance and financial controls.
• Provide monthly financial reporting to the CEO and quarterly insights to the Board.
• Develop and manage finance teams, fostering high performance and capability.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior management roles in multi‑entity or international settings.
• Hands‑on operational experience in SME or fast‑growing organisations.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end finance operations (AR, AP, cash flow).

Required skills
