Head of Finance

About the role

We are an Irish‑owned recruitment business expanding into a B2B SaaS platform. We need a hands‑on Head of Finance to join our leadership team and shape the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the finance function across Ireland and the UK.
• Oversee weekly contractor payroll for both regions.
• Strengthen financial reporting and develop commercial insight.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and COO on strategic decisions.
• Improve finance systems and processes while balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance professional who adds value beyond the numbers.
• Comfortable managing both strategic priorities and day‑to‑day operational finance.
• Experience building strong financial controls, reporting frameworks and commercial insight.
• Collaborative leader who values integrity, trust and doing things properly.
