Head of Financial Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Financial Operations to lead and scale our finance function across multiple international markets. Based in Dublin, you will drive tech‑first, automated processes for billing, payroll and worker/client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tech‑first scalable processes and workflows for billing and payroll.
• Collaborate with department heads to create end‑to‑end worker (Wx) and client (Cx) experiences.
• Develop and improve controls throughout financial processes.
• Design and maintain KPI/reporting dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) for data‑driven decisions.
• Own exception management, resolving worker complaints, client queries, credit notes, and using insights to improve processes.
• Lead worker experience initiatives and NPS scores.
• Manage the Financial Operations team.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑growth, scaling companies.
• Background in AI or technology‑led process improvement, preferably using third‑party APIs and proprietary software.
• Experience in medium‑sized service companies with high transaction volumes.
• International work experience.
• Proven track record delivering technical and efficient solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to improve customer service and NPS.
• Management experience leading teams (preferably remote) and working with cross‑departmental heads.
