Head of International Order-to-Cash

About the role

Anthropic is building its international order‑to‑cash function from Dublin and needs a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end process. You will be accountable for converting booked deals into cash, overseeing order management, invoicing, credit, collections and statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full international order‑to‑cash flow, ensuring booking accuracy, timely invoicing, low DSO, and minimal bad debt.
• Recruit and lead three pillar leads and grow the teams beneath them to support global scale.
• Establish statutory compliance processes, including e‑invoicing, local entity requirements and indirect tax obligations.
• Partner with global stakeholders to design and implement quote‑to‑cash automation, define operational metrics and manage system selection or replacement.
• Develop strategy and operational readiness for new products and market launches.
• Implement SOX‑aligned controls, segregation of duties, audit support and comprehensive process documentation.
• Collaborate across Revenue Accounting, Go‑to‑Market, Legal, Tax, Billing Engineering and Finance Systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading an order‑to‑cash, billing or revenue operations function through significant growth.
• Experience managing managers and adapting leadership style as teams scale.
• Track record of building processes from scratch rather than merely optimizing existing ones.
• Deep understanding of SaaS quote‑to‑cash models, both subscription and consumption‑based.
