About the role
Our client, a leading financial services and insurance provider, is looking for a Head of Marketing & Digital Performance to join the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and execute an integrated marketing and digital strategy that fuels brand growth, customer acquisition and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive marketing and digital roadmap to drive business growth.
- Lead digital marketing performance, optimizing campaigns across channels.
- Design and manage customer engagement and lifecycle marketing programmes.
- Deliver multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate commercial results.
- Track and analyse marketing and digital KPIs, ROI and analytics to inform decisions.
- Oversee the Marketing team, mentor staff, and manage agency relationships and budgets.
- Drive creative, omni‑channel initiatives to strengthen market position.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing/Digital or Business with a marketing focus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Track record of managing sizable marketing budgets and delivering brand growth.
- Creative, collaborative mindset with a strong growth orientation.
- Experience in a regulated sector such as financial services, insurance or banking is desirable.
