Head of Travel Product & Experiences

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing travel business that is reshaping group travel experiences. As Head of Travel Product & Experiences, you will build and lead the travel product function from the ground up, driving the creation, delivery and commercial success of international itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of a growing portfolio of international travel experiences.
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and key suppliers across Europe and beyond.
• Develop commercially successful itineraries that balance customer experience with profitability.
• Lead pricing, contracting and margin management for all travel products.
• Build operational frameworks, quality standards and supplier processes to enable scale.
• Serve as senior point of contact for product performance, troubleshoot issues and continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in a tour operator, travel business or DMC environment.
• Strong background in travel product development, contracting, commercial negotiations or operations.
• Deep understanding of supplier management, pricing models, margins and commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with Millennial/Gen Z travel preferences is a distinct advantage.
• Established network of DMCs and travel suppliers is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting where you will build processes from scratch.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences.
