Hospitality Reception Host – Point A Hotels

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Reception team members to join Point A Hotels. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering unforgettable hospitality experiences across our properties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Perform end‑of‑shift cash audits and banking reconciliations accurately.
• Support other hotel departments and facilitate smooth shift handovers.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front‑desk environment.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed guest expectations.
• Kindness, honesty and a commitment to the local community.
• Right to work in Ireland and ability to commute to the hotel location.
• Good understanding of the hospitality industry and a desire to develop professionally.
