HPLC Curriculum Manager – Global Training Lead

About the role

Agilent is seeking a global HPLC Curriculum Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of customer training solutions for its HPLC instruments and workflows. The role combines scientific expertise with instructional design to create high‑quality learning experiences for a worldwide audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor‑led, virtual and e‑learning curricula using instructional design principles, including labs, lectures, manuals, assessments, videos and animations.
• Collaborate with product managers, regional specialists, customers and industry experts to define curriculum content and ensure technical accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with training development standards, quality guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage education product development projects with external vendors and consultants.
• Support the transition of training solutions to global delivery teams and oversee deployment to local sites.
• Lead initiatives to improve training delivery methods and test new formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in regulated laboratory environments, preferably with HPLC instrumentation.
• Strong technical expertise in HPLC and analytical chemistry methodology.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.

Required skills

• Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.
• HPLC instrument operation, maintenance and chromatographic technique development.
• Method workflow design and optimization.
