HR Advisor

About the role

This permanent, hybrid role is based in Dublin and partners closely with line managers to provide expert employee‑relations guidance, case management and data‑driven insights. You will coach leaders, support workforce planning and help create a positive employee experience in a 24/7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners and site leadership in delivering the strategic HR plan.
• Advise and coach managers on HR policies, employment legislation and best practice.
• Manage employee cases including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence, coordinating investigations and occupational health support.
• Provide accurate HR data and analytics to inform workforce planning, talent forecasting and organisational design.
• Drive employee engagement, performance and retention initiatives across the site.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, employee relations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with managers at all levels.
• Own mode of transport and ability to obtain a Local Garda Security Clearance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR case management processes.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying HR policies.
• Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
