HR Assistant III – Employee Lifecycle & Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused HR Assistant III to join our People Experience Team. In this position you will act as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries and provide end‑to‑end support across the employee lifecycle for staff, managers and candidates throughout the EMEA region, with a primary focus on Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee, manager and Centre of Excellence queries via the HR case‑management system and live‑chat, meeting agreed SLAs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, employment legislation and best practices.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, role changes, compensation and benefits administration, leave management and exits – ensuring compliance with company policy and local law.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and other HR systems, performing regular audits for data integrity.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, delivering a seamless and engaging experience for new hires.
• Coach People Leaders on performance management, employee relations and HR processes.
• Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Operations Managers, Legal, Payroll, Benefits and external service providers.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Irish and EMEA employment legislation.
• Proven experience managing HR processes and data in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
