About the role
Join Archer as a Junior Recruitment Consultant and start a career in recruitment with full training and personalised coaching. You will use your communication and people skills to build relationships, guide career decisions and turn every conversation into an opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop recruitment expertise from day one through 150+ interactive training modules.
- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients, guiding career choices and matching talent to roles.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of professional experience in any industry (no prior recruitment experience required).
- Passionate, results‑driven mindset with a desire to grow in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.
What we offer
- Clear progression path with the potential to earn €48,000+ in year 1, €73,000+ in year 2 and €102,000+ in year 3, including base salary, quarterly bonuses and uncapped commission.
- Full recruitment training, one‑to‑one coaching, real‑time feedback and the opportunity to achieve up to four promotions within two years.
