About the role
Join a fast‑growing retail chain as an HR Assistant and help shape a positive workplace culture across Ireland. Working closely with the HR Partner, you will support recruitment, payroll, employee relations and administrative tasks while contributing to new store openings.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules, onboarding activities and recruitment logistics.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain up‑to‑date employee records.
- Provide general administrative support for all HR functions.
- Support the HR Partner on employee‑relations matters and HR processes.
- Answer HR‑related queries from managers and staff.
- Help with store opening projects and provide on‑site support as needed.
- Maintain accurate HR systems, documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to a positive employee experience and engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Previous experience in administration or HR support, preferably in a retail or fast‑paced environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for store openings.
