HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the delivery of people strategies that align with our business objectives. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams, providing operational and advisory HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and business leaders to implement people strategies aligned to organisational goals.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice on recruitment, performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Support recruitment campaigns and workforce planning in collaboration with the Group Talent Manager.
• Deliver HR‑related training sessions and support learning and development initiatives.
• Assist with performance review processes, annual development reviews and change management programmes.
• Contribute to recognition, values‑based initiatives, bonus planning and protected leave administration.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable).
• CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable).
