HR Coordinator – Manufacturing Sector

About the role
NUA Manufacturing is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support its growing HR team. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle while travelling weekly between the Carlow and Arklow sites.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain training matrices, training requests and up‑to‑date training records.
- Keep accurate employee records, HR documentation and prepare regular HR reports.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and broader HR projects.
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring HR and Learning Management systems are current.
- Coordinate the full recruitment process, including interview scheduling, onboarding and recruitment record‑keeping.
- Provide required information to Payroll and support managers with absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries and provide administrative support during investigations.
- Help review and update HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role.
- Good knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Strong organisational, administrative and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Professional, confidential approach with excellent communication abilities.
