HR Generalist – Dublin (4.5‑day onsite)

About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team supporting a workforce of 400‑500 employees across Ireland. The role is based in Dublin 22 and will be the go‑to person for managers on employee relations, learning & development, performance and HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Employee Relations: lead grievance and disciplinary investigations, advise managers on conduct, performance and absence, and ensure consistent policy application.
- Learning & Development: identify training needs, design and deliver programmes (in‑person, online, compliance and soft‑skills), manage the LMS and conduct inductions.
- Performance & Development: oversee review cycles, probation processes, succession planning and capability gap analysis.
- HR Operations & Compliance: co‑manage onboarding, contracts, leavers, policy updates, HR metrics and maintain GDPR‑compliant employee records.
Required profile
- Proven experience handling employee relations cases and investigations.
- Ability to partner with line managers and provide coaching on performance and conduct matters.
- Experience designing and delivering learning programmes across various formats.
- Familiarity with HR operational processes and Irish employment legislation.

What we offer
- Salary €50,000‑€55,000 per year.
- 4.5‑day work week (Mon‑Thu 8:00‑16:30, Fri until 13:00) with 5 days onsite in Dublin 22.
