HR Generalist – Full‑Cycle HR Operations

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR operational support across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees, ensuring HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement are delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support managers and staff on HR processes and employment legislation.
• Assist with talent acquisition planning, contract renewals and recruitment fairs.
• Coordinate induction programmes and manage the company’s performance management cycle.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports covering headcount, absenteeism and performance metrics.
• Maintain business intelligence reporting systems and ensure HR policies stay compliant.
• Build strong relationships with leadership, local colleges and schools to support graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
• Oversee company social media content related to HR initiatives.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Third‑level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong IT proficiency with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
