HR Generalist – Full‑Cycle Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, lead inductions, support employee relations and deliver HR reporting. The role will ensure smooth onboarding, maintain accurate HR documentation and continuously improve HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: draft job descriptions, advertise roles, interview candidates, extend offers, and complete vetting and onboarding.
• Conduct inductions, coordinate health and safety training and address onboarding requirements.
• Provide guidance and hands‑on support to managers on employee‑relations matters.
• Develop and deliver HR reports (absence, retention, performance metrics) to support business decisions.
• Oversee HR administration, including contracts, offer letters and policy documentation.
• Establish and continuously improve HR processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist or in a standalone capacity.
• Experience in HR reporting and drafting employment documentation.
• Proven track record in building robust employee relations and handling large‑scale recruitment processes.
• Confidence managing absence management and investigations.
• Clear understanding of current HR laws and practices.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
