About the role
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our growing Irish business in Dublin. The role sits at the heart of People & Culture, combining talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations and advisory in an AI‑enabled, growth‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across various roles, including sourcing, screening, partnering with hiring managers, managing offers and onboarding.
- Deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience for joiners, movers and leavers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for people queries, policy guidance and employee support.
- Manage HR operations, HRIS data, benefits administration and reporting.
- Support performance management, learning and development, compliance and People initiatives.
- Drive improvement projects such as employer branding, AI in HR, engagement, wellbeing and process design.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- Proven ownership of full‑cycle recruitment and strong partnership with hiring managers.
- Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR systems such as PeopleHR or similar and ability to use data for decision‑making.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Pragmatic, organised and people‑focused with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- PeopleHR (or comparable HRIS) system.
- AI tools for HR processes.
