About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner closely with business leaders and people managers in Limerick. The role focuses on delivering practical HR guidance, supporting employee relations, and using data‑driven insights to foster an engaged, high‑performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the trusted HR subject‑matter expert for managers, providing clear guidance on people‑related matters.
• Interpret and apply company policies consistently, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Implement HR solutions that align with global standards while meeting local business needs.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders to align HR support with business priorities.
• Lead employee‑relations activities, delivering fair and commercially sound outcomes.
• Use HR and business metrics to inform decisions and support operational priorities.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and employee‑relations issues.
• Execute programmes and policies that promote retention, change management, and organisational effectiveness.
• Analyse HR data, present insights to managers, and recommend actions to enhance workplace culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional HR experience, including employee‑relations and performance management.
• Proven ability to partner with HR centres of expertise and senior business leaders.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and project‑management capabilities.
• Objective assessment skills with a track record of delivering practical solutions.
• Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Required skills
