Human Resources Analyst – 18‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

An 18‑month fixed‑term HR Analyst position within an established HR Business Partnering team. The role supports employee lifecycle activities, annual people cycles, reporting and people analytics, and works closely with HR Business Partners and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HRBP team with onboarding, probation, performance management, absence monitoring, employee engagement and off‑boarding.
• Support annual HR processes such as performance and talent reviews, engagement surveys, reward/salary reviews and D&I initiatives.
• Maintain routine HR reports and metrics (headcount, attrition, absence, diversity, internal mobility, training) and analyse trends for leadership.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems by managing Excel trackers and partnering with HR Operations.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance to managers and employees on policies, basic employee‑relations cases and Irish employment legislation.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a generalist HR, HR Coordination or HRBP support role, preferably in a fast‑paced corporate or financial services environment.
• Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle and practical knowledge of Irish employment law.
• Formal qualification in Human Resources, Business or related field (CIPD or equivalent) is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling, reporting and analytics.
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends, risks and strategic opportunities.
