Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Alliance Medical is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its HR team at Raheen Business Park, Limerick. The role works closely with the management team, people managers and employees to strengthen organisational capability and enhance the patient experience through effective HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employment, learning and development matters to support business growth.
• Lead engagement programmes, wellbeing initiatives and employee recognition schemes to improve retention.
• Drive performance management processes and provide data‑driven insights for medium‑ to long‑term goals.
• Contribute to workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and change initiatives.
• Develop, implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Maintain a high‑quality HR communications plan using SharePoint and promote self‑service tools.
• Analyse HR and people metrics to provide accurate information to the business.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and coordinate relevant development programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and best practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers and influence organisational change.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, employee‑centred approach.
