Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will support the planning, delivery and execution of key people projects, ensuring governance and risk frameworks are embedded across the HR function. This hybrid role is based in Blackrock, Dublin and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, delivery and execution of HR projects, meeting defined objectives.
• Assist the HR Strategy & Change Lead in establishing project and governance frameworks for people‑related topics.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
• Embed the HR Risk Framework, contribute to the HR risk profile and promote a risk‑based approach.
• Support HR Change & Governance activities, including onboarding and renewal of third‑party contracts.
• Analyse people data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide administrative support for a range of HR project topics.
• Engage stakeholders to raise awareness and support project delivery.
• Review HR policies within the governance framework.
• Develop or acquire training to increase risk knowledge within HR.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in HR, project management or risk (preferred).
• Experience supporting large projects and initiatives.
• Understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with interest in business goals.
