IAM Consultant – Identity & Access Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Consultant to design, implement and continuously improve Identity and Access Management solutions for our clients. The role blends strategic advisory work with hands‑on technical delivery across cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring secure, scalable and compliant identity services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise‑wide IAM architectures covering authentication, authorisation, SSO, MFA, PAM and identity governance.
• Implement IAM solutions on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, leveraging Microsoft Entra ID and other platforms.
• Apply Zero Trust principles and develop roadmaps aligned with business and security objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, security, compliance and application teams to define standards and frameworks.
• Evaluate, integrate and optimise IAM technologies such as Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk and SailPoint.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IAM projects in cloud and hybrid settings.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
