IM&A Go-to-Market Leader – Consulting Director

About the role

PwC Ireland is seeking an IM&A Go‑to‑Market Leader to join its Consulting Director team. You will help clients across engineering, construction, manufacturing and related sectors navigate rapid technological disruption, decarbonisation pressures and supply‑chain challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver people‑centred transformation programmes.
• Lead business development activities, shape pursuit strategies and build trusted client relationships.
• Drive innovative solutions in operations, supply‑chain optimisation, portfolio management (including M&A) and ESG strategy.
• Guide multi‑disciplinary project teams to deliver sustainable, technology‑enabled outcomes.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, staying ahead of industry trends and influencing PwC’s strategic agenda.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level consulting experience, preferably within engineering, construction or related industrial sectors.
• Strong track record of leading complex transformation projects and delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent strategic thinking, client‑facing and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment.
