Senior Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will provide advanced technical and engineering support at Stryker's state‑of‑the‑art Additive Manufacturing site in Anngrove. The role focuses on process optimisation, problem resolution and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Value‑Centred Engineering to improve quality, service and cost.
• Lead technical improvements under the Continuous Improvement Program and Six‑Sigma tools.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions and GMP‑compliant documentation.
• Validate processes and products (VP, IQ, OQ, PQ) and conduct Gauge R&R studies.
• Monitor line performance, execute structured event plans and resolve systemic issues.
• Manage cross‑functional projects from scoping to operational hand‑over.

Required profile

• Level 8 degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 2‑4 years of manufacturing experience with proven project‑management delivery.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to provide technical leadership to engineers, technicians and operators.
