Inside Sales Telesales – B2B Lead Generation (Dublin)

About the role

Join a leading provider of sustainable climate solutions as an Inside Sales Telesales professional in Dublin. You will work closely with the external sales team to generate and qualify B2B leads for HVAC and process‑cooling solutions, helping customers improve efficiency while reducing environmental impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B customers across multiple industries that need HVAC and process‑cooling solutions.
• Support sales engineers and internal sales by developing and executing lead‑generation strategies.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline in the CRM system and provide regular forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Make outbound sales calls and set appointments with prospects.

Required profile

• Strong interest in HVAC, process temperature control and sustainable technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn technical details of chillers, temperature control units and related equipment.

Required skills

• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
