Instructor/Supervisor – Community Access Facilitator

About the role

We are seeking two full‑time Instructor/Supervisors to join a publicly funded organisation in Gort, Co. Galway. The role is advertised by the HSE on behalf of the employer and is open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Provide instruction and supervision to patients and clients in line with the Community Access Facilitator grade.
• Work 78 hours per fortnight (approximately 39 hours per week) on a permanent basis.
• Collaborate with the health region HSE West and North West to deliver care services.

Required profile

• Open to applicants from any background, including HSE staff and external candidates.
• Ability to commit to a permanent, full‑time schedule.
• Residency or right to work in Ireland.
