Integrated Supply Planner

About the role

We are seeking an Integrated Supply Planner to join our Dublin team. You will help develop and deploy new supply‑chain planning systems and provide actionable insights to support cost‑effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with suppliers on day‑to‑day issues.
• Provide demand and supply input to multi‑functional projects and assess the impact of strategic decisions on operations.
• Manage internal and external service‑level requirements, strategic inventory, and related metrics.
• Monitor supplier downtime, communicate potential shortages, and support sales & marketing promotions.
• Liaise with companies and suppliers to resolve quality deviations, rejections, and advisories.
• Deliver demand intelligence and evaluate supply capacity for short‑ to mid‑term decisions.
• Assist in designing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.

Required profile

• University degree in a quantitative discipline such as Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement and leading successful projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent numeric, analytical, financial and organisational skills.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
