Internal Audit Assistant – Property Management Finance

About the role
We are looking for an Internal Audit Assistant to join Savills' Property Management Finance team in Dublin. The role supports compliance, risk mitigation and audit activities across our property services, ensuring that controls and processes operate effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily audit and compliance checks to verify adherence to prescribed controls.
- Conduct monthly compliance reviews, prepare control reports and support internal audit reviews.
- Assist with annual audit and budgeting processes and support external regulatory audits.
- Prepare issue reports and collaborate with the Compliance Manager on remediation.
- Deliver training using AI‑generated videos and documented procedures for new and existing staff.
- Generate KPI reports for senior‑management presentations.
- Provide Salesforce workflow support and help design new control processes.
- Manage banking portfolio activities, including account set‑up, cash management and payment systems.
- Support accountants, property managers and site staff to meet service‑level agreements.
- Identify and implement digital tools to improve financial and operational workflow efficiency.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as required by the business.
Required profile
- Part‑qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant.
- Minimum 2 years experience in internal or external audit, preferably within a practice or industry setting.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, operational processes and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
