International Tax Manager – FDI

About the role

PWC Ireland is seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to lead its Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) practice. You will work with a diverse portfolio of multinational clients across sectors such as technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, and manufacturing, helping them navigate Irish and cross‑border tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise international companies on Irish and global tax issues related to FDI projects.
• Develop innovative tax solutions that align with clients' business strategies and market realities.
• Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the tax practice and for client engagements.
• Promote risk management and compliance standards across engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax consulting, either in practice or industry.
• Qualified AITI/CTA (or equivalent qualification by experience) with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to deliver value‑added advice.
