IT Support & Network Administrator – Hybrid (Naas)

About the role

This hybrid position combines hands‑on deskside support with strategic vendor management, project delivery and emerging‑technology leadership. You will support daily IT operations while driving AI, OCR and cybersecurity initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors, suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide on‑site deskside support for Windows 11 PCs, iPhones, Zebra handhelds, printers and other hardware.
• Own incidents from logging to resolution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead and coordinate IT transformation projects such as OCR implementation, EDI integration and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Identify and implement AI solutions to improve business processes.
• Support the development and rollout of cybersecurity protocols and promote a strong security culture.
• Act as subject‑matter expert, delivering training and knowledge‑sharing sessions for staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in deskside or IT support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software environments.
• Proven experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
