About the role
We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Account Manager to join our Dublin team. You will act as the primary liaison between Xenon arc and its B2B customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Expand revenue within the assigned customer segment through in‑person, phone and digital engagements.
- Prospect new accounts, develop relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and monitor customer order forecasts to meet sales targets.
- Manage the full order lifecycle – processing orders, collecting payments and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain high service levels to deliver a strong customer experience.
- Capture all customer interactions and data in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business development or a similar B2B sales role.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian; additional languages (French/Spanish) are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong adaptability and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 5 % (primarily desk‑based sales).
Required skills
- Proficiency with a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
What we offer
- Hybrid work model – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
- Base salary up to €45,000 per year plus performance incentives.
