JavaScript Developer - AI Trainer

About the role

Join DataAnnotation’s AI training team as a JavaScript Developer – AI Trainer. You will work remotely, creating and solving coding challenges that help improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models. The role offers flexible hours and the ability to pick projects that match your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement diverse coding problems, with a focus on Android development, to train AI systems.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each task.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.
• Build functional apps and visualise data insights as part of the training workflow.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Previous experience as a software developer, coder, or engineer.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one of the following: TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
• Preferred experience with Kotlin and Android development.
