Junior Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Brand Manager to support the marketing of our diabetes and obesity portfolio. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, helping to shape brand strategy and drive market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned products.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Manage advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver marketing plans and affiliate priorities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and assess external market conditions.
• Organise and support sales team meetings, ensuring key materials are available.
• Track budgets, monitor spend versus plan, and ensure compliance with materials governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in brand marketing or a related role.
• Solid foundation in marketing practices with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
