Junior Market Performance Specialist

About the role

As a (Junior) Market Performance Specialist you will help the company understand and improve the experience of job seekers in Ireland and Belgium. Working at the intersection of product, marketing, commercial, pricing and analytics, you will analyse candidate behaviour and marketplace performance to generate insights that drive growth and marketplace health. You will report directly to the Head of Market Performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace KPIs such as candidate engagement, application activity, traffic, conversion and customer outcomes.
• Analyse candidate behaviour using marketplace and consumer data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for marketplace optimisation and sustainable growth.
• Build regular performance reports and dashboards to provide visibility into trends.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, pricing and analytics teams to understand dynamics.
• Support candidate acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives with data‑driven insights.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to spot external trends and new opportunities.
• Communicate performance drivers to stakeholders and measure impact of improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in B2C or marketplace environments such as e‑commerce, digital subscriptions or online platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets and uncover business insights.
• Understanding of consumer behaviour and experience with performance measurement metrics (traffic, conversion, acquisition, retention).
• Commercial mindset to link data insights with growth opportunities.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
