About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live search assignments and craft compelling job advertisements.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, from candidate sourcing to interview preparation.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Achieve placement targets and contribute to the agency’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in any industry.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient, competitive and driven by results.
• Eagerness to learn, coachability and a hunger for continuous improvement.
