Key Account & Customer Success Manager – University Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account & Customer Success Manager to lead and expand our university partnership portfolio using the targetconnect platform. You will act as the trusted liaison for university Careers and Student Services, guiding them from onboarding through to full platform adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of university accounts as the primary day‑to‑day contact.
• Build and nurture relationships across Careers Services, Student Services and senior university stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, go‑live, and ongoing adoption of the platform.
• Provide proactive support to ensure high service standards, customer satisfaction and renewal confidence.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and increased engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts or strategic partnerships.
• Background in customer success, account management, onboarding or implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills at multiple organisational levels.
• Experience delivering training, webinars, presentations or product demos.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.

• Competitive salary range €40,000–€43,000 per annum.
