Key Account Manager – Munster

About the role

Britvic Ireland is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to grow its beverage portfolio across the Foodservice sector in the wider Munster region. This field‑based position focuses on hunting new opportunities and establishing a strong brand presence in cafés, workplaces, leisure venues and restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end relationships with key customers in Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Waterford, including pricing, promotions, forecasts and activations.
• Collaborate with Foodservice and Field Sales teams to leverage customer data, insights and offers that win new business.
• Drive distribution, revenue, volume and market‑share growth for brands such as Pepsi, 7‑Up, Club, Mi Wadi, Ballygowan and others.
• Ensure product availability across the full Britvic soft‑drink range within the Foodservice channel.
• Attend monthly Foodservice team meetings to review targets, operational standards and growth culture.
• Work closely with regional and national wholesalers to maximise brand representation.

Required profile

• A true “hunter” mindset with a proven ability to identify and capture large opportunities.
• Experience selling beverage or soft‑drink brands to Foodservice customers.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to manage accounts from prospecting through activation.
• Results‑driven attitude with a focus on achieving volume, net sales and trade‑plan targets.
