About the role

The Diamond Coast Hotel is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to support the daily operations of its hotel kitchen. This entry‑level role involves maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are ready for use throughout each service.

Key responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen work surfaces clean and sanitized.
• Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery quickly to keep them in rotation.
• Maintain organized food and supply storage areas.
• Take out and manage kitchen waste and garbage.

Required profile

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Available to work weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for inter‑departmental cooperation.
• Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
