About the role
The Learning and Development Partner will create practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across a global airport operations organisation. Using evidence‑based design principles and digital platforms, the role will evaluate learning impact and continuously improve programmes to demonstrate business value.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess capability needs, set priorities, and align learning plans with business strategy.
- Design blended learning programmes informed by adult learning principles and a variety of development methods.
- Facilitate high‑impact learning and team sessions, including leadership, talent development, and L&D workshops.
- Own end‑to‑end programme design: define outcomes, create learner journeys and materials, pilot, iterate, and embed learning into daily practice.
- Leverage learning tools and platforms to build digital learning content, enable self‑directed development, and scale programmes.
- Manage learning initiatives end‑to‑end, overseeing scope, stakeholders, governance, suppliers, delivery, and evaluation to ensure quality, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a talent and development role within a dynamic, fast‑paced, global multi‑business environment.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering bespoke programmes across multiple business areas.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering leadership and talent development programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, including influencing senior leaders and managing competing priorities.
- Knowledge of best‑practice learning design, evaluation, and emerging L&D trends.
- Experience in programme and project management, including governance, risk/issue management, and supplier/vendor coordination.
