About the role
Join KPMG Ireland’s Business School team as a Learning & Development Team Administrator. You will support the delivery of high‑quality training programmes, ensuring smooth logistics and effective use of learning technology.
Key responsibilities
- Assist presenters and maintain training materials for various programmes.
- Coordinate logistics for learning events, including LMS class setup, attendance tracking, room bookings and feedback collection.
- Assign training requirements on the LMS and monitor completion progress.
- Maintain the shared training calendar with up‑to‑date information.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Create eLearning modules and produce virtual playbacks of live sessions using dedicated learning software.
- Identify challenges, propose solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Seek continuous improvement and innovation in training processes and content.
- Support key learning initiatives and projects with the Business School team.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational and detail‑oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive, driven and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Degree‑level qualification in HR, L&D, Project Management, Change Management, Psychology, Education or a related field.
- Calm and focused under pressure.
