About the role
We are an international firm expanding our Dublin presence and are looking for a Legal Secretary to join a busy litigation team. You will work across Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Employment matters, supporting two fee‑earners in a fully onsite environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents, briefs and client booklets.
- Open and maintain case files and client databases.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings and deadlines for fee‑earners.
- Conduct AML checks and manage client onboarding processes.
- Assist with billing and general administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary in a litigation environment.
- Experience in a small or medium‑sized firm, ready to step up to a larger commercial practice.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- PracticeEvolve (or similar legal practice management software) – advantageous.
