Live Events Administrator

About the role

This position provides a hands‑on operational role within a fast‑paced live‑events environment. You will support the delivery of events by managing logistics, equipment allocation, and technician scheduling while gaining experience across warehouse and production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational logistics, staffing, equipment allocation and scheduling for multiple live events.
• Manage hire‑equipment stock, pull‑sheet preparation and warehouse planning.
• Allocate equipment based on quotations, specifications and event requirements.
• Forecast and resolve equipment shortages using Flex software and external sub‑hires.
• Book freelance technicians and crew, maintaining accurate staffing schedules.
• Suggest appropriate vehicle sizes and transport requirements.
• Collaborate with Live Events Manager, Assistant Manager, Warehouse Manager and Production Managers to ensure resources are available.

Required profile

• Strong organisational ability with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Comfortable working across office, warehouse and on‑site environments.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external freelancers.
• Attention to detail in equipment tracking and scheduling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Flex software for equipment and staffing management.
