Logistics Analyst – EMEIA Supply Chain

About the role

Apple’s EMEIA Logistics team is looking for a Logistics Analyst to bridge strategy and execution across inbound and outbound transportation, distribution, and post‑sales activities. You will own projects that shape the region’s supply chain, influence carrier and supplier relationships, and directly impact the customer experience at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance, set expectations, track KPIs, and hold partners accountable.
• Develop and maintain SOPs that bring consistency to the EMEIA transportation network.
• Plan and coordinate supplier activity for high‑stakes events such as peak season and new product introductions.
• Lead end‑to‑end logistics projects focused on execution improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the EMEIA transportation strategy and define future movement plans.
• Own critical delivery events, balancing cost efficiency with on‑time service standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch new transportation programmes and generate business insights.
• Run weekly and monthly supplier forums, set agendas, and turn discussions into actionable outcomes.
• Partner with Finance to identify, quantify, and implement cost‑saving opportunities.
• Utilise insights technology to transform raw data into actionable visibility across the logistics network.

Required profile

• Experience in planning, logistics, retail, finance, or operations within a fast‑paced, product‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, IT, Economics, or a related field.
