Logistics Analyst

About the role

Dexcom’s Ireland Logistics and Warehouse Team is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage the end‑to‑end flow of finished goods for its G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring systems. You will ensure visibility, accuracy, and control from production through to external partners while supporting data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete flow of finished goods, maintaining visibility and accuracy from manufacturing to external partners.
• Develop and present regular reports on transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels.
• Partner with supply chain and warehouse teams to plan and coordinate collections and deliveries.
• Coordinate with external logistics partners and service providers to ensure timely, compliant operations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies in the warehouse inventory system.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements for efficiency and compliance.
• Measure, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics weekly.

Required profile

• Strong experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management.
• Proven ability to generate clear, actionable reports for senior management.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional supply chain and warehouse teams.
• Demonstrated track record of implementing cost‑saving and service‑improvement initiatives.
