About the role
The Logistics Coordinator will support day‑to‑day logistics and supply‑chain activities across multiple projects. Working closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, site personnel and internal stakeholders, the role ensures that deliveries are scheduled, tracked and executed on time.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, resolve queries and manage order confirmations.
- Serve as the primary contact for supplier questions about delivery dates and locations.
- Create and maintain delivery schedules, flagging delays or issues.
- Coordinate inbound deliveries, ensuring materials meet project timelines and requirements.
- Liaise with warehouse and site teams on goods‑in and cross‑docking activities.
- Attend logistics and project planning meetings and keep internal systems up to date.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- Provide cover for the Logistics Manager during periods of leave.
Required profile
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, supply‑chain administration or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.
