Logistics Manager

About the role

As a Logistics Manager you will lead the planning, coordination and optimisation of logistics operations in a fast‑paced, direct‑to‑consumer environment. You will be responsible for warehousing, transportation, third‑party logistics partnerships, returns management and last‑mile delivery, ensuring efficient, customer‑centric fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics functions including inbound shipments, order fulfilment, outbound shipping and reverse logistics.
• Ensure fast, accurate and cost‑effective delivery solutions across direct‑to‑consumer channels.
• Implement and monitor logistics KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery times and return rates.
• Oversee relationships with third‑party logistics providers and shipping carriers, negotiating contracts and rates.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams or outsourced fulfilment centres to guarantee timely and accurate order processing.
• Utilise warehouse management systems, transportation management systems and digital retail platforms to streamline operations.
• Track and report logistics performance data to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of logistics experience, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Proven experience managing third‑party logistics providers and shipping carriers.
• Strong organisational, leadership and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
