About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager (II) to join our client’s team in Dublin on a hybrid basis. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day logistics activities, coordinating with internal and external partners, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑moving environment. The successful candidate will act as an individual contributor, using strong communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority. This position is fixed‑term until February 2026 and offers a blend of three days onsite and two days remote work each week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities across IT, Engineering, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Track and improve operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and logistics metrics.
- Support cost‑saving and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Lead regular operational reviews, meetings, and reporting to drive action.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading or influencing operational teams.
- Exposure to supervisor‑level operations environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Hands‑on approach with comfort working on‑site in warehouse or data‑centre settings.
