About the role
As a Logistics Technologist at Takeda, you will be at the heart of a regulated pharmaceutical supply chain where precision directly influences product quality and safety. The position blends hands‑on logistics tasks with strict compliance and continuous improvement responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth material flow: goods receipt, sampling, tanker off‑loading, staging, storage, and shipment.
- Execute logistics operations in line with cGMP, GWP, SOPs, and HSE regulations.
- Operate and maintain forklifts, VNA trucks, PPTs, and other handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory through RFT receipts, stock transactions, cycle counts, and monthly reporting.
- Support solid and liquid waste handling and drive process‑efficiency improvements.
- Assist procurement activities: stock monitoring, purchase order creation, supplier communication, and system updates.
- Complete required documentation and promptly report deviations or abnormal events.
Required profile
- Leaving Certificate required; further education in Supply Chain or Material Handling is an advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment, warehouse experience essential.
- Valid forklift, VNA, and PPT licenses.
- Experience with SAP or a similar Warehouse Management System.
- Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and ability to work independently in a regulated setting.
